User(s): you or the person(s) who chooses to advertise or use the services provided by TAO’s website.

OUR ROLE
TAO is a Nevada limited-liability company that provides a venue for those interested in buying, selling and trading goods and services and/or meeting others with similar interests. TAO does not offer advice and is not responsible for the representations and/or information provided by its users. TAO is not a real estate or investment broker and simply does not provide any services or advice regarding these subjects. Simply stated, TAO serves as a forum for people with common interests to meet. TAO is not affiliated with, nor does it represent, any of its users.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO!
As a User you agree and acknowledge:
That you will not use TAO’s website to discriminate against others;
That TAO is not a real estate or investment broker;
That you have been advised to, at your own cost, consult with legal, real estate, investment, tax or other advisors prior to entering into any agreement for goods or services;
That you will not interfere with TAO’s website in any way;
That you will not hold TAO liable for the outcome of any of your transactions with any other user;
That TAO has not represented, or advised, you in any way as to the conditions or suitability of your transactions or agreements with any user;
That you will not post pornographic or offensive material on TAO’s website;
That you will not use TAO’s website for anything illegal and that you are solely responsible for verifying that the transaction you are making is legal;
That only those of suitable age and capacity who are able, to enter into binding agreements, can use TAO’s website, and if you are using the website and/or its services that you are of suitable age and capacity;
That any and all information you provide is and will be true and accurate; and
That you have the legal right and authority to buy, sell or trade the good and/or service you are offering.
WHAT YOU CAN DO!
You may post information, as long as it complies with this Agreement, related to goods and/or services you want to buy, sell or trade.
You may browse any information, subject to our terms and conditions, at no cost to you.

LAW
Choice of Law. The Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to choice of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution. User agrees that any controversy relating to this Agreement, or relating to any breach hereof, shall be settled by arbitration in Clark County, Nevada in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. The decision rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator(s) shall possess the powers to issue mandatory orders and restraining orders concerning such arbitration. The expenses of such arbitration, including the attorneys’ fees of the prevailing party, shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise allocated by the arbitrator(s).
RELATIONSHIP
By using the services provided by TAO you are not, among other things, forming an employer-employee, franchisor-franchisee, or other type of agency relationship. TAO is only providing a venue for users to meet others with similar interests.
LICENSE
By using TAO’s website and posting information therein you give TAO a non-exclusive, all rights, royalty-free license and right to exercise all the rights you have in the content published on the website.
LIABILITY
TAO shall not be liable or responsible, nor will it accept liability for any damage you may suffer from your use of its website. However, should TAO be found responsible to you for any damage, TAO’s liability shall be limited to a refund of the fees you paid TAO over the prior calendar year.
You hereby agree to hold TAO (its principals, agents, owners, partners, associates, representative, contractors, attorneys and employees) harmless and to indemnify TAO, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, for any action brought by anyone arising out of any trade, purchase, sale and/or agreement and involving the user’s acts or omissions.

To the e-mail address user provided at registration or the physical address provided at registration. Notices sent to user’s physical address shall be deemed received three (3) days from the mailing date.
INTEGRATION
This Agreement contains the sole and entire agreement between TAO and the user, and supersedes any and all other agreements between them. User acknowledges and agrees that he did not receive any representation with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement or any representations inducing the execution and delivery hereof except such representations as are specifically set forth herein, and user acknowledges that he has relied on his own judgment in entering into the Agreement. User further acknowledges that any oral or written statements or representations that may have heretofore been made by TAO or its representatives to user are void and of no effect and that user has not relied thereon in connection with his dealings with TAO.
WAIVER OR MODIFICATION
No waiver or modification of this Agreement or of any covenant, condition, or limitation herein contained shall be valid unless in writing and duly executed by TAO. Furthermore, no evidence of any waiver or modification shall be offered or received in evidence in any proceeding, arbitration, or litigation between the parties arising out of or affecting this Agreement, or the rights or obligations of any party hereunder, unless such waiver or modification is in writing, duly executed as aforesaid. The provisions of this Section may not be waived except as herein set forth.
SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS
This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the respective parties and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
INTERPRETATION
The definitions of terms herein shall apply equally to the singular and plural forms of the terms defined. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter forms. The terms of this Agreement were negotiated at arm’s length by the parties hereto.
SEVERABILITY
If one or more provisions of this Agreement are held to be unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be excluded from this Agreement and the balance of the Agreement shall be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms. In addition, if any such provision, or any part thereof, is held to be unenforceable, the parties agree that the court, regulatory agency or other governmental body making such determination shall have the power to delete or add specific words or phrases, so that such provision shall then be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT
TAO reserves the right to make changes and/or modify the terms and conditions of this agreement. It is the user’s duty and responsibility to keep up with the newest version of this agreement by visiting the website’s link to Terms and Conditions.
